  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 ¼ cup oat flour
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 3 small-medium bananas, mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup ghee, melted and cooled
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2, 2.1 oz Vine to Bar Dark Chocolate Bars, chopped
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a cupcake tin with liners. The batter will make about 16 muffins.
