For the pumpkin spice sauce:

  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 6 ounces full-fat coconut milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the latte:

  • 6 ounces dairy-free milk of choice

Directions
  1. Add all of the pumpkin spice sauce ingredients into a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Bring to a simmer, whisking frequently. Remove from the heat and let cool.
