Ingredients
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/3 cup cashew butter
- 2 cups Vine to Bar True Dark Chocolate, chopped
- 1 scoop WellVine Nutrient Boosting Blend
- ½ cup freeze-dried raspberries or strawberries (crushed)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except the freeze-dried berries in a small saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the strawberries.
- Line a 5x4” baking dish with parchment paper and pour mixture evenly.
- Sprinkle extra crushed strawberries on top if desired.
- Freeze for 2–4 hours until firm. Cut into squares and store in fridge.
