  • 16 oz cottage cheese
  • 5 oz plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 3 scoops WellVine Real Food Prebiotic
  • 1–2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 5 graham crackers
  • Raspberries, to serve

Directions

  • Blend all filling ingredients until smooth.
  • Crumble graham cracker into jars.
  • Divide filling evenly and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Top with raspberries and enjoy.
