Ingredients (Makes 5)
- 16 oz cottage cheese
- 5 oz plain Greek yogurt
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 3 scoops WellVine Real Food Prebiotic
- 1–2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- 5 graham crackers
- Raspberries, to serve
Directions
- Blend all filling ingredients until smooth.
- Crumble graham cracker into jars.
- Divide filling evenly and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Top with raspberries and enjoy.
